A night in Palma

A well located place to spend the night. Rooms clean, balcony, everything you need in the bathroom. Employees nice.

There was a bit of discomfort that breakfast wasn't in the same house. But is survivable.

The location is good, close to the beach, main street and airport.

The leg of the bed was broken. We received another bed. But the floor was slippery, and the beds were moving all the time.

Clean nice rooms and pool. Excellent breakfast

Moody staff making me walk around the hotel at 12 midnight when the front doors clearly opened and despite checking in online had to do it again after several phone calls. It's also in the German version of Magaluf with shouting all night. Don't recommend it if you're not German.

Breakfast was extra so i skipped it Would be nice if a very basic breakfast was included free

The staff are very helpful. love the shower. love the balcony and Spacious.

I don’t like the bed as it’s moving every time you moved. there’s no kettle, cups, glasses provided in the room. No iron.

Great value for money but highly recommend to educate cleaning staff about how the clean room should look like when gues

The receptionist was amazing when we arrived, breakfast was the best and so cheap, view was great.

Cleaning staff. The first day they didn’t clean our room because we were sleeping and the second day they just did take the rubbish out and that was it - no sweeping floor or something like that.

Wonderful

We were transferred to Nura Boreal. Pretty standard hotel room. Big comfortable beds, big shower cabin, nice balcony, free water bottles.

Reception is close after 23:00 so you need to call a number at the door and wait few minutes to be let in. It would be great to have at least a kettle and few cups.

Suitable for young people who want to socialize, not for elderly people who need their rest

We didn't get to stay at this hotel that we had booked and were brought to a partner hotel down the road. However, this partner hotel was very pleasant and clean and the receptionist helped my elderly Dad to our room and also helped us with a taxi to the airport in the early morning hours.

Could not sleep because of the very noisy elevator that is used all night long by tourists who go out drinking. I recommend to use Uber or arrange your taxi pick-up well in advance by yourself, we got totally ripped off and had to pay 21 Euro for less than 7 km to the airport and only a merely 7 minutes drive.

The bed was to hard, and it looked a little old in some places, but the room was good.

The isolation is really bed In the middle of the night we woke up because of drunk people and could hear all the conversations Then they were swimming in the swimming pool drunk in the night

Wonderful

Overall the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, it was close to the beach etc., I really can't complain. but.... (I know it is not the fault of the hotel so don't blame them, I think they are victims of its location) the whole neighborhood was full of drunk noisy Germans. Young, old, all types of ages, with two common things: - random tattoos like they have woke up with them after all-night party in the club next to the tattoo shop - can of beer always in hand, like it was glued to them or something. We spend here only 1 night because it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. But in comparison to the east side (Port de Pollenca) it was like being on a different planet :)
