Not too bad. I might comeback again.

The staff are very helpful. love the shower. love the balcony and Spacious.

I don’t like the bed as it’s moving every time you moved. there’s no kettle, cups, glasses provided in the room. No iron.

Great value for money but highly recommend to educate cleaning staff about how the clean room should look like when gues

The receptionist was amazing when we arrived, breakfast was the best and so cheap, view was great.

Cleaning staff. The first day they didn’t clean our room because we were sleeping and the second day they just did take the rubbish out and that was it - no sweeping floor or something like that.

Wonderful

We were transferred to Nura Boreal. Pretty standard hotel room. Big comfortable beds, big shower cabin, nice balcony, free water bottles.

Reception is close after 23:00 so you need to call a number at the door and wait few minutes to be let in. It would be great to have at least a kettle and few cups.

Suitable for young people who want to socialize, not for elderly people who need their rest

We didn't get to stay at this hotel that we had booked and were brought to a partner hotel down the road. However, this partner hotel was very pleasant and clean and the receptionist helped my elderly Dad to our room and also helped us with a taxi to the airport in the early morning hours.

Could not sleep because of the very noisy elevator that is used all night long by tourists who go out drinking. I recommend to use Uber or arrange your taxi pick-up well in advance by yourself, we got totally ripped off and had to pay 21 Euro for less than 7 km to the airport and only a merely 7 minutes drive.

Wonderful

Overall the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, it was close to the beach etc., I really can't complain. but.... (I know it is not the fault of the hotel so don't blame them, I think they are victims of its location) the whole neighborhood was full of drunk noisy Germans. Young, old, all types of ages, with two common things: - random tattoos like they have woke up with them after all-night party in the club next to the tattoo shop - can of beer always in hand, like it was glued to them or something. We spend here only 1 night because it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. But in comparison to the east side (Port de Pollenca) it was like being on a different planet :)

Perfect for a party atmosphere...if that is the vibe you are looking for

We booked here for one night just as a stop over before an early morning flight. The room and the hotel itself was clean and the room was comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities as it was a very short stay, however the pool area did look ok.

Unfortunately when we arrived there was a crowd of young girls outside drinking with empty bottles and cans littering the entrance to the hotel. We didn't know the area itself (Playa de Palma) was more of a resort for young people looking for a good time. Nothing wrong with that at all however not the vibe we were looking for. However, if I was there for a girls holiday and was 20 years younger then it would have been perfect. I would say though that although it was noisy and more catered towards nightlife and partying, it didn't feel unsafe.

Highly recommended place ????

The Hotel was clean, smells clean and refreshing. The Staffs are accommodating specifically Manuel, very helpful and friendly. Tho the building looks old on the outside, it is well maintained on the inside. Very relaxing pool area with lots of lounge seating.

Just a minus point FOR ME that breakfast starts later than the “usual” 7am breakfast (for the early birds who has limited time, like me) of course those who parties all night and wakes up late, this would be perfect for them.

good location, quiet area

I liked the location. 5 minutes walk from the beach, quiet enough, no noise from restaurants and clubs. at the reception there was a very pleasant employee, Manuel, who helped with some questions about the stay. explained what was where and was always polite and smiling.

Breakfasts were are the same, and if you stay longer than 3 days, you will want something other than sandwiches and eggs with bacon. The cleaning was superficial, even after the floor was washed, sand remained, the bed was not changed even though we were there for three nights. and this is not a problem, although in other hotels the bed is changed every day. there was still a night when at 1.00 a.m in the morning the music would be turned on and it was very loud. We were worried that it would wake up our children, the husband tried to find a worker at the front desk to sort it out, but he wasn't there. he was in a hotel nearby, and while my husband followed him and he came and turned off the music from the hotel's speakers, some time passed and that caused disconfort.
